Reader Issue 39; 25 September 2015

Hello, everyone. I made a BIG MISTAKE in this week's Reader AND I left out an important announcement.

First, the lunar eclipse takes place on Sunday night (the 27th). Date and time are correct but wrong day of week.

Second, I left out an important event for the coming week:

In celebration of National Seniors’ Day on October 1st, we’re inviting you to Harvest Your Knowledge at the Seniors Fall Fair. Come join us at the Middleton Baptist Church on Thursday, October 1st, from 1:00pm – 3:00pm for an afternoon full of information, food, and fun.
The Seniors Fall Fair will provide an engaging opportunity to learn about the many resources and services available to support seniors living in our communities. Many organizations will have booths set up to provide information on their services to seniors. You will find a bit of everything, from safety and security to health and wellness, along with recreation, fun, food, and entertainment. There is no charge for attending and door prizes will also be drawn throughout the event.
It’s an afternoon you won’t want to miss. Come celebrate Seniors’ Day, Thursday, October 1st from 1:00 -3:00pm at the Middleton Baptist Church. If you have any questions, please contact Seniors Safety Coordinator Sharon Elliott at 665-4481. We look forward to seeing you there.

My apologies to all and especially to Sharon.
